The aptly-named Dirt House's debut album clenches the messy soil of garage bands past between its hands, and spreads it across new ground. Look no further than the bohemian track 'Haze' and the familiar hometown intonations of 'Hasta Luego' to prove it hits more than it misses. More than a debut record, it's the foundation for a fruitful garden.
Explore six different instrumental soundscapes with us, The Dirt House!
Casa de Tierra is our debut album, featuring six original tracks recorded at The Dirt House. The idea started with a song challenge, in which each of us wrote one part of a song. Then, all of the songs were traded and developed so that by the end of the challenge every person would have one part on all six tracks. We honestly didn't anticipate for the music to turn out this well, but we were really happy with the end result.
We hope you enjoy Casa de Tierra and that you have as much fun listening to it as we did recording it. Enjoy!
